The history of our restaurant is closely linked to its location in Alsace, between Strasbourg and Obernai. Founded in 1686, if one of the oldest tiles of the building is to be believed, the sign has witnessed historical moments, "Franco-German" mini-summits which underlined the expression "the Blaesheim meetings. ". It is here that Valéry Giscard D'Estaing and Jacques Chirac respectively invited Helmut Schmidt in 1977 and Gerhard Schröder in 2001.

Since then, water has flowed under the bridges of the Rhine and the restaurant has written new pages in its history. Today, it is Joël and Magali who work on a daily basis to propose a heartful, refined and gourmet cuisine that draws its origin in the aisles of the market. Chef Joël is a discreet man. It pays sincere homage to the Alsatian terroir by drawing its inspiration from fine seasonal, fresh and quality products.

The restaurant Au Bœuf is open from 11:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
